Shipping Policy – Comfortarians

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Comfortarians. The following terms constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Delivery Time

All orders are delivered within 8–15 business days. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 12:00 AM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.

Handling Time:
Our standard handling time is 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time required to prepare and pack your order before it is handed off to the carrier for shipment. Orders ready the same day as placement will only apply if they are placed before the daily cut-off time.

Transit Time:
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday). Transit time refers to the period it takes for the carrier to deliver your order from our facility to your address.

Total Estimated Delivery Time:
Combining handling and transit times, most orders are delivered within 8–15 business days depending on your location and local carrier performance.
Please note that delivery estimates may be adjusted during public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances that affect shipping carriers.

Shipping Cost

  • Flat Rate: Standard shipping has a flat rate applied at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75.00 qualify for free shipping.

  • Minimum Charge: Orders under $2.00 will not be processed for shipping.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipment. Please allow additional time during peak seasons.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates will be available within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For domestic U.S. orders, there are no customs duties. Standard state and local taxes may apply at checkout.

Damages
Comfortarians is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the carrier for claims and retain all packaging materials.

Returns
For details on returns, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Products must be in original condition and packaging for a full refund.
