At Comfortarians, we are committed to delivering the best in quality and value. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible, items must be new, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at comfortarians@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• The reason for your return or exchange

• Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with the return instructions and warehouse address.

Return Method & Fees

Returns must be shipped by mail using the downloadable and printable return label provided after approval.
A USD $9 return shipping fee will apply and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Items sent without prior authorization (RA#) will not be accepted.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.
